  • Let us be an extension of your Military Sales Team and a force multiplier in the field. With over 50 years of involvement in the DOD GOV/MIL market, GovTools has developed strong relationships with both customers and partners across the industry. Our strength is field sales support to attend trade shows, expos and schedule strategic ride-a-longs with key partners and GOV/MIL end users. GovTools utilizes multiple services that track Government contract solicitations for our partners and provide analytics to include past price information, competitor sales, market research and channel trends. We offer a unique combination of military experience and field sales that allows us to maximize key end users by aligning the GovTools brands to be a full solution provider.

  • Responding to Request for Proposals (RFP) can be an arduous, time-consuming process that can stretch or drain your team’s resources. Let the experts at GovTools manage this project cradle to grave to prepare, consult and submit a complete Technical Proposal response on your behalf. We will provide a summary of all RFP requirements, a timeline of milestones needed, and a project checklist for final submission. GovTools also offers post-contract award services to participate on all kick-off meetings with the Government and provide a complete summary of compliance guidelines. Our key wins range across multiple procurement agencies such as GSA and DLA, NSW-Crane, TACOM, Natick, USAF Safe to Fly Program, USAF Clothing & Textiles, PEO Soldier, USMC MARCORSYSCOM Tool, Sets & Kits, DHS Uniform Contract, Dept. of Veteran Affairs MSVP 2.0 Product List and many others.

  • Most companies exhale with excitement after a contract award. GovTools knows that’s when the real work is just beginning. Our team brings complete contract administration coverage including contract modifications for delivery, price increases, product spec changes, Small Business Subcontracting Plans and Annual Subcontracting Reports, GSA reporting guidance and whatever is needed to keep your contract in good standing with the Government. Executing a contract within scope establishes an excellent Past Performance record which directly and positively impacts future awards.
